WATC TOO HISTORY

In the ever expanding world of content distribution, WATC wanted to begin a second channel focused on family friendly programming.   As part of WATC TV’s 15th anniversary celebration in 2011, WATC President Greg West and WATC Vice President Pat Mathis were live in the master control center with WATC Chief Engineer Scott Wills as the button was pushed to start the broadcast of WATC TOO. This channel was going to feature Christian and family films, classic television programming from the past, educational lifestyle programming and ministry teaching programming.

WATC TOO was only available to over the air viewers in the Atlanta, Georgia area on Channel 57.2 when it first signed on the air. Today, WATC TOO is also available on streaming platforms such as Roku, Truli, and Giniko Faith; the live video stream available here on the WATC TOO website; and available on mobile phones and tablets by downloading the WATC TV app available at your App Store.  This enables WATC TOO to be accessible to viewers not only in Atlanta but around the world 24/7/365.

Programming blocks dedicated to southern gospel music on Saturday nights, health and wellness programs on Sunday afternoons, and children’s programming on Saturday mornings allow viewers to plan their viewing.  Through affiliations with such program distributors as iLaunch TV, Holyfield TV, Cornerstone Television, Dove Broadcasting and Good Life 45, along with WATC’s own original library of programs, WATC TOO offers a programming schedule that compliments WATC TV 57.

WATC TOO continues to be a destination for viewers wanting wholesome entertainment programming and inspirational Bible teaching and music.
